The Heart of
Arkansas United Way
makes it easy for
your company to
provide your
employees with
meaningful
opportunities to
give back to our
community at the
level they feel
comfortable which is
a benefit for any
corporate culture.
We offer giving
opportunities such
as payroll deduction
and electronic
pledging that are
convenient ways for
employees to make a
difference in our
community. And we don’t make you go it alone, we offer training and support that can be customized to meet your needs. We will help you build and employee fundraising team, offer tips to running a great campaign and help your community fundraising goals. We have a yearly campaign kickoff event at Dickey-Stephens Park, which provides our community with a chance to learn about all of United Way’s federated agencies and get excited about the upcoming campaign. Our Speaker’s Bureau brings leaders from the top local nonprofits to your workplace to help employees hear firsthand about important community needs and make more informed giving choices. Each year, the United Way staff offers a campaign coordinator training session to give coordinators the tools they need to run an effective employee campaign.
Motivating your employees to support the Heart of Arkansas United Way, its initiatives and its nonprofit federated agencies is crucial to the success of your workplace campaign. What’s the key to getting their support? Arming them with the information they need to make informed decisions. The Heart of Arkansas United Way offers many resources to help you inform, education, and encourage potential contributors.

knowledge of how
their donation helps
people in the
community.
