Corporate Social Responsibility

During the 2019-2020 academic year, a group of students from the Clinton School of Public Service partnered with the Heart of Arkansas United Way for their Practicum Project. The project’s goal was to explore Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) environment in Pulaski County in regards to internal practices.

Key Findings

  • 84% of employees indicated that CSR is either very or somewhat important to satisfaction in their jobs.
  • 90% of employees reported that their company's engagement in CSR is important to their feelings toward their employees. 
  • 90% of employees believe that CSR is important to the community.
